MotionBoard Case Study: On-site Improvement through Visualization of Production Information
A BI dashboard for utilizing information to realize an autonomous and collaborative factory in conjunction with IoT.
■Introducing Company Comprehensive Machinery Manufacturer ■Background Production information in four categories—progress status by team, operational achievement rates by machine, line load information, and quality information—was managed in Excel. However, it was difficult to view this information cross-sectionally, leading to delayed responses to changes in the situation.
